For exhibition I presented The Economical King problem of the week. In this problem there is a king whom has eight bags of gold. One day a man of the town steals gold from one bag. The king wants to find which bag it is using a pan scale, but he wants it in less than three tries. My group and I handed out white boards and markers to the participants. We asked them to solve the problem. Many of them were confused and frustrated. That's when we jumped in, we showed the participants how the problem is solved. After discovering how to do it they felt very foolish because of how easy it is. Teaching this POW helped me shape the problem. I was always confused on how to explain the POW in words, that was, until I taught it to a class myself.

A POW stands for Problem of the Week. I chose my 4th POW because it was my favorite.
